does anyone know of nationwide analog frequincies in use in every state or is this just a pipe dream plese post them.........

Those frequencies can become very lively in many states if they need to be used.

155.370 is a standard (not special use) in PA.

155.475, while it is supposed to be the NALEMARS frequency, is used by many areas for routine traffic - some just using it as a BS channel, and others using digital encryption on it.

To others, yes, many of the National Mutual Aid or Interoperational frequencies are used on a "routine" basis by agencies around the US. This does not mean that they are not Nationwide frequencies, just are being used locally "more" than they should... BTW, use of these frequencies still requires the agency to license the use.
