I purchased the NDXN from Uniden but I don't know how to install the patch in Sentinel or my SDS200 Please help me.

Welcome to the RR forums. the NXDN upgrade can only be activated locally on the radio, not via Sentinel. Please carefully follow the video guide step by step here

Once it is opened in the scanner, it works great! I just download the RRDB info, update the Sentinel listing and so far it has not been a problem. I did take my scanner out to a couple of local town using NXDN(4800 and 9600 baud) to make sure...they are not close enough for me hear them from home.
