Grand Lake Casino appears to have let their license, WPVN434 lapse, but I would start with the 3 frequencies there (on the outside chance that the renewal was missed last year). They were licensed for Narrowband Analog FM, with no trunking so that should be an easy one to test.

The other option might be they moved to non-licensed simplex operations, which would take a bit more sleuthing (likely from the parking lot) to find them.

There are no active FCC licenses for that location, or the FRN. My bet is one of three things using same frequencies without a license renewal, using unlicensed band as @mwjones suggested, or my top pick is they are using rental radios that utilize a nationwide license from the rental company, which many places are starting to do so their frequencies aren't public. I second the suggestion you use close call/spectrum sweeper in the parking lot.

Have you seen the info in the database here?

That info is the expired license mentioned by @mwjones
