Need Help Identifying ....

I have been hearing alot of traffic on LERN TG lately and tonight it is active again. Sounds like Pierce co. Also heard Mason county mentioned as well. My question is who is "SMOKEY-3" Its an air unit, that seems to just jump around from Pierce co and maybe the peninsula. I did a google search to no avail. who does this air-support unit belong to? any ideas? Thank you..This TG is very "alive" as of the last couple weeks..seems to be with the same players in pierce co..
