Your best bet is to search the 162-174 band at 12.5 khz channel spacings.
IT could be your location, however they do tend to mix ENC and CLR, so depending on your radio it maybe ignoring the ENC

I can confirm that the 163.150 MHz. P-25 repeater replaced the former 163.625 MHz. analog repeater on St. Albans Hill.

The BIG issue is that almost ALL of CBP's comms are encrypted (I'm guessing at the AES 256 bit level), so monitoring is virtually impossible. All of my previous trips back to the Islands, trying to monitor the CBP, have been unsuccessful due to encryption.

I don't have any notes for 6250 ever being at St Albans, it's been 1500 for C-01 since the Analog Days when it was 156.7

6250 with $368 was always part of the NH (E-xx) zone from Cannon

BP up that way is broken down as
E-xx East for NH/VT
C-xx Central for VT
B-xx for NY/VT
W-xx for NY

Periodically it has been heard (usually Dispatch) in the CLEAR

Hopefully the OP returns (not back since the post) and reports what he may have found in SEARCH

In the past few years we've also discovered that ICE/HSI built out an entire NH/VT Vote-Scan net
sadly if on a hill, some of the NAC's are the same as the BP over in Maine :)
