Need Help with Programming New PSR-300

Hi and Happy New Year. Just purchased a PSR-300 with ARC300 software. Good with computers, haven't a clue about scanners. Is there a tutorial or recommended site for understanding what the variables are and how to input them into the software? Any help will be appreciated by this granny geek.

just use your premium subscription & import all directly from RR, IF you have the programming cable

go to the RR Database at top of the page & go to you State,county & look around & decide what you wish to hear. also dl one of thr trial Sofware packages & start importing for the option on the software. also look around & ask in the Rhode island forum
