Need help with Understanding ACARS Messages

I'm new to ACARS and finding it very interesting but I'm not understanding what's being sent. I've looked on the internet I can't find any explanation tutorial. Can anybody tell me or direct me to where I can find What the different lines mean. Please see the attached file. Any help would be appreciated.
