Need off topic help

[XPHILLYCOP]

I have a BC-250-D with Phila police programmed into it. The problem I have is I was trying to program local police (I moved from Philly to central Pa) into the scanner and inadvertly lost the Philly police bank. The APCO card is enabled but still cannot find Philly. Is it possible that I deleted these freq. by mistake trying to add more local channels?

I use Butel Arc 250 after having problems entering freqs by hand

You're likely to have several problems hearing Philly from the central Pa area. I've read numerous threads on Phillyscanner that suggest that the Philly system is not designed to handle areas outside of the immediate vicinity. I don't know if a beam pointed at Philly would be the answer, given the terrain, but it's something to consider. 73s Mike
