Would like to program my scanner for fire and police here in Haines City , Florida

That's not software; there are 3 packages that support the 652; ARC500, PSREdit500 and Win500. Personally I'd avoid Win500 as the author is either passed or is no longer interested in support, as he hasn't been here in a very long time. Both of the others have a free 30 day trial, and we have information on how to use the software here...

Note that your 652 is really a PSR-600 in another box.

Once you have settled on the software then I would ask for a file in the Florida forum, where you might find others in your area. Since not all formats are interchangeable; make sure you specify what software you are using.

Though the system is P25 Phase-I (which the Pro-652 CAN track), the Polk County sites are simulcast as well as other surrounding counties. The Pro-652 may not be the best scanner of choice to monitor it due to potential simulcast distortion issues. OP's best bet would be a Uniden SDS100 or 200

Haines City police and fire

Can someone help me please, looking to get my Radio Shack scanner programed. Does anyone have a list or program for a Radio Shack PRO-652 I'm using the PSREdit500 programming software. Thanks to all Dan H. KC1JYS
