NESDR SMART driver

I am using NESDR Smart and trying to load the driver using Zadig. I keep getting the following error “driver installation failed Could not allocate resource “ I am running this on a Windows 11 laptop.
Everything works fine on Windows 10 laptop
Any ideas??

I tried your solution Bro but I got this error message below
"Cannot update driver for the device A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is trusted by the trust provider"
I have a MacBook Pro M1 sillicon and a nesrd v5 usb device pluged in a Parallels windows 11 virtual machine.
Any clue?
