Network Radios Website/Store

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this post but, I'm wondering if anyone else is having trouble with network-radios.com. I bought from them a few years ago and everything went fine, but now I've tried using their online chat numerous times and no one ever responds. I've tried emailing them a number of times but again, no one responds. Does anyone know what's going on with that company? Are they actually still doing legitimate business or have they become a fly by night company that will take your money and run? I want to buy the Inrico T320 and they seem to be the only place in the USA to buy network radios. If anyone knows what's going on with them or where I can buy a legit network radio, please let me know.

You can buy an Inrico T320 on Amazon or eBay. There are other vendors but these two are probably the most reputable at this point.

Thank you for responding. I'm a little hesitant to buy from Amazon and Ebay because of a previous purchase of the Radio Tone RT4. They sent me a used Sure F25 with the former owner's info still on it. Recently, I read reviews from Amazon and they still sound just as fishy. Network-radios.com, who I've used before, now seems MIA. I'll keep searching though.

Yeah, the push to talk over LTE radio scene seems to have gone stagnant. While major players like Motorola, ESChat, and Peak PTT have developed their own devices, the devices that you can put Zello or TeamTalk on seem to have gone nowhere in the last few years. I've been waiting for Inrico...or someone, to come out with a 5G version with a more recent version of Android, but so far no luck.

Yes I agree with you. I don't understand why companies like Inrico use such old versions of android and are stuck at 3G and 4G. I did see the Inrico S380 on www.sidewalkradios.com that says android 10, but I'll wait a while before jumping into something that may not be perfected yet.
