That might be because the BC780 only has 500 channels.

well, yeah, true, but i suspect they prob bought em new, ie high cost per channel. heck even used its terribly inneffcient (cost that is). but it would cover more ground faster. i dunno. its above my pay grade/check. thats why i only have a wall full of PRO-50's. doesn't work quite the way i would like
