Is there a way to open a second window in sentinel. I want to compare my scanner FL to updated Database

You can only run one instance of Sentinel at a time. I don't know of a way to do this in Sentinel but Proscan allows you to export FLs as CSV to open in Excel. If you don't want to write changes to the radio, it might be worth creating a test FL you can delete later with the updated db info and exporting both lists as CSV if you want a side by side comparison...
