Anyone have info on new 800 MHz system (851-854 MHz) in East Baton Rouge Parish, Callsign WPHH993? Has a total of 61 FB2C 800 MHz frequencies at three locations in EBR parish and one in West Baton Rouge Parish. Heard what sounds like data bursts on 851.150, 851.2875, 852.150 and 852.9125 mhz.

It appears that these 12 frequencies are used on the 4 sites in the simulcast system. Several of the other frequencies are standalone analog (FM) on location 1. Set up a P25 trunked system with a single site with those frequencies and talkgroups in search mode and wait for something to happen. It takes years to build out a trunked system. If the system holds on one frequency, that is probably the control channel. Alternately, you can set up a conventional system with those 12 frequencies and listen for the buzz of a control channel. What scanner are you using?

851.0375
851.2875
851.4875
851.8375
852.0375
852.1500
852.3500
852.5625
852.7500
852.9125
852.9875
853.1625

Hello and thanks for the info. I’m using a Uniden SDS200 for this system. Thanks again.

And this is different from the already RRDB documented Baton Rouge Simulcast?
Thanks for pointing that out. I was just answering his question about the license. I now see that the first 11 of those frequencies are included on the Baton Rouge Simulcast site of the LWIN system. I also rechecked the license and found that the 12th frequency (853.1625) was my error and should not have been included. I'm glad someone is keeping an eye on me. I need all the help I can get. :) Thank you!

Those frequencies were part of the City of Baton Rouge systen when they first went on line. They assigned to BRPD, BRFD, EBR EMS.snd when LWIN came on line incorpated those frequencies into the system.
