The frequency was already in the scanner. I do not see where I would enter NAC 721, but when it is scanning I see p25:7c1.
someone gave me a list of frequencies and 158.9875 is listed but every time I put that frequency in it changes to 158.9850.
I watched a video on how to program and it said to use conventional for frequency
