Has anybody been having receiving issues in the Monmouth County area? We are having issues on the user end hitting a tower. Well, more issues than normal.

I had this today too. TG 4769 UID 2470146. Also TG 4589 UID 1230121 no affiliations found on other TG's. All on Site 7.
Fanwood Police are officially over on the NJICS now on Scotch Plains Police's talkgroup, however are still multicasting to conventional for the sake of the Rescue Squad I believe. Update has been submitted to the appropriate Admin.
Fanwood units will answer up as FA-7#

I've got RIDs 1617xxx affiliating to Passaic County Sheriff TG 4401 and TG 6101. No municipal code matching that RID however the ORI is listed as William Paterson University PD. Thought they were running as 234xxxx IDs so maybe something is changing up that way?
TG 6101 is speculated to be the Passaic County Jail, and I have a ton of activity logged by both the usual 1600xxx PCSO units and 1617xxx units across both talkgroups. I'm not familiar enough with the county jail to confirm 100% that it's them, however it seems pretty likely at this point.
Not Willy P as I’m aware. Heard them in the evenings the last few night. Very limited activity, but usual TG’s. And the COVID testing site at the college was closed 1-2 weeks ago, so I don’t think it is anything related to it.
Should also add, usual radio ids as well.
Let's get some ears on TG 6101 and confirm Passaic County Jail or something else related to the county/Sheriff's Office. Should be active on any of the usual Passaic area sites, e.g. Ramapo, Bowling Green, W Orange, etc.
I'm heavily leaning that way since they keep mentioning the jail address.
The 1617xxx should be PCSO. County entities on the NJICS have been being assigned to either extreme end of that county's range. Union County for example, has county agencies using 2000xxx, and 2022xxx-2026001. I think the mobile command post is actually like 2031101 or something like that.

I can put that in. My scanner is now doing bedside duty. Ramapo comes in 100% at all times.
West Orange. All in the 1600100-1600300 and 1617000-1617200 range. Talk of transfers, sallyports, and being enroute to the Passaic County Jail address in Paterson.
Also repeated denials on West Orange of RID's in the 23708xx-23709xxx range.

Hmm, sounds more like a broader corrections operation than just internal jail operations...inter-facility transport and whatnot. Someone more familiar with the PCSO would have to weigh in.
I added the TG to the system as "Corrections", that should suffice for the time being unless/until someone determines a more specific usage.
Forgot to mention, appears that the Passaic County Sheriff Corrections have a secondary TG of 6103, but that's based purely on a few affiliations from 1617xxx subscribers.
And for whatever it's worth, I have so far logged 138 subscribers in the 1617001-1617300 range for them.

I’m going to pop their/that TG in my scanner with an alert color.
@GTR8000 I’ll keep an eye for that possible corrections TG. Being I get PCSO dispatch on Ramapo at night especially, I imagine I’ll get them too.
