Saw some activity yesterday from the 2540000 series radios. All encrypted traffic on 5123 and 5131. Based on past activity, they probably own the entire block from 5123 to at least 5133

5117 to 5135 is the range I've seen activity on. What are you thinking? State Police or National Guard?

TG 5531. Didn't capture any traffic, but the group was continued on Union County (Site 7).

88233

Is anyone actually maintaining a list of unidentified TG's?

I was advised by @APX8000 that Atlantic EMS TG 4761 is dispatch for both ALS and BLS units, so I've updated the database to reflect that (was previously "ALS Dispatch")

I have a Google Sheet that I use to enter the grants W no label on UT. At this point I am still on learning curve w UT. I now have site logging enabled. When I open up the TG window there was no UID history. I hope this is corrected now.@nosoup4u replied to an earlier post that I made about unknown TG’s. @GTR8000 will be happy if my UID log issue is resolved, no doubt.:ROFLMAO:

Newark Fire RID's have been updated in the wiki. There's still more to do as I tuned in late, and a few portables didn't answer up.

I'll work on Elizabeth tomorrow, though I did manage to update the apparatus RID's except DC, HM1 and E5 who were out at training. I screwed up being half-awake so I didn't get to tag EMS or Portables either.

2004611 EFD EMS Supervisor S3
2004734 EFD Battalion
2004763 EFD E3
2004766 EFD E6
2004768 EFD E2
2004769 EFD L1
2004770 EFD L2
2004772 EFD R1
2004794 EFD E7
2004781 EFD L3 (Tower)
2004815 EFD E8
2004816 EFD Spec Ops
2004818 EFD E1
2004831 EFD/UCOEM Air Unit
2004xxx Deputy
2004xxx Engine 5 (Chemical)
2004xxx Hazmat

The XML with the updated tags will be submitted to @nosoup4u who will probably want to strangle me with what I've been piling on his RID project. lol.

Nah this is easy. It was challenging a few weeks ago when I wound up with nearly 4000 new ID's.

Are the UID’s for TG 5119 thru 5133 unique to those TG’s only? Can a sub radio be programmed to have more than one UID on the same system..anyone?

I suppose so, but there wouldn't be much value in doing so, and it really wouldn't be worth the extra effort. You would need to duplicate the trunked system and personalities entirely just to get a second UID into the radio, then of course the separate entries in the zones, scan lists, etc.

I had a trip today up into Sussex (bear country). Set up a Zone as a system, Sites 21, 37, 99 to see if any trailers were up north. SOWS or COW’s nor STR’s heard. STR II tickled the G5 near 287/24 from it’s lazy site. Nothing else heard. So we wait.

I've been converted to GTR's wisdom. I think both Sussex and Passaic Simulcasts are each going to come online in full out of nowhere, no STR. Partly cause of logistical issues. Hamburg Mountain's access road is wrecked, there's no way they're getting power or equipment up to Bearfort, and there really isn't room on the tower site at Echo Lake for the trailer.

And there's still the question the exact location of the West Milford site, cause again, there isn't anyway in hell they're getting a site up on Bearfort Mountain Fire Tower as indicated on the license. You can't get power up there and you'd have to heli-lift everything in. The gear up there now is on a solar/battery configuration for seasonal use by NJFFS.

Idk about others, but that's exactly where I was referring to. The road was rough however many weeks ago now that we hiked it.

Spotted this site today but have not had a moment to run it down..

Near Sparta Township, NJ 07871

The Sparta Mountain tower site is unrelated to the ICS...

88596

ICS Passaic County Simulcast: FCC Callsign WQYK295 (NEW JERSEY, STATE OF)

ICS Sussex County Simulcast: FCC Callsign WQYK287 (NEW JERSEY, STATE OF)

But again, subsite 1 (Bearfort Mountain) of the PC Simulcast has got to be wrong just by basic logistics. Which is weird cause as another user pointed out so far they've been deadly accurate with the site details and coordinates on the ICS licensing.

My Jeep with a 4-cyl can make it up the road and its tons of fun taking the hairpin turn near the top. The hardware has not made it to the site yet, but the space is still ready to go.
