that iam only geting the lakewood FD

Dan,

You've mentioned several times that you're only getting the fire department, and others keep telling you that they're hearing both just fine. Still others have mentioned that reception of LPD is questionable in some locations. Obviously there's something at your end causing you not to receive Lakewood PD, so I suggest that you try different locations for your scanner, and/or check your programming, rather than repeating the same complaint over and over again.

If you're looking for assistance in solving your problem, try listing the steps you have taken in an attempt at solving the problem, and asking for help; then perhaps someone would be willing to try to help you.

As of April 4, 2013 the city has changed everything over to the MARCS system. Which I believe it is an 800 frequency trunked system. Now I don't know what to do. I have a Realistic Pro-2006 which worked great for many years. I hope Broadcastify.com makes the adjustment to their online system so I can keep monitoring!

The Broadcastify feeds are provided by volunteers. Someone with a digital scanner would have to step up and provide the feed. Broadcastify has no control over this.

Considering the size of the area I am surprised no one has stepped up yet. The new P25 MARCSIP system is easier to receive than the old MARCS system.

Time will tell. Or you could buy your own scanner.

Lakewood as moved to the (new) MARCS-IP Project 25 system which operates on the 700 Mhz band in Cuyahoga County.

For more info go to the Ohio MARCS-IP forum.
