While driving through NM a few days ago, I seem to have found 2 DTR sites not in the DB while running band searches via my SDS 100. Specifically, on I-25 from approx. MM 375-394 I got a good signal on 769.94375, NAC 850; it was displayed as site 1-83. I heard some traffic on NMSP D2 Dispatch, no other TG's were heard.
Similarly, on I-25 from approx. MM 400-447 I found a good signal on 769.19375, NAC 850, displayed as site 1-68. I heard no voice grants on this site. Given NM isn't using location specific licenses for their sites, and given there is apparently no discernible pattern to NAC assignments on the CC's, I have no idea where these two sights might be located.
I'm guessing someone familiar with the locations of radio sites in this area, and perhaps the ability to monitor them with Unitrunker, could figure out where they are located.

Yeah, there are a good number of new sites coming up. Much more than are listed.
I'm in western Colfax County, and have line of site on "Green Mountain" & "Touch Me Not". I've had the license frequencies spread plugged into a search bank for several years now and check it about 2-4 times a week. I've yet to hear anything, CC or voice. Does anyone have updated info on the build-out schedule or something like it? Taos, Colfax (Raton), and Las Vegas are still using analog VHF.
Update to my last post above... I recently noticed that the "Touch Me Not" site, which is actually on Green Mountain, is now listed in the database with frequencies. I've entered this site into my radio, but still do not see or hear anything. I guess this site is still vapor ware.

TMN is an active site and is in service. It doesn't see a lot of action though, although there is a (single) radio affiliated with it currently.
Sites usually only carry traffic if a radio is associated with it. Example. If a NMSP unit is in the area and its radio affiliates with that site, then your radio will start hearing traffic on the talk group the unit is on. Once the unit leaves the area and the radio jumps to another site, the system knows the NMSP unit is no longer using that site, thus it will no longer carry that talk group.
