and 4.
• On or before October 20, 2026
Begin to Deliver the Base Station
• On or before July 29, 2027
Complete Installation of the Base Station,
Functional Testing, Program all Radio Units,
Perform Coverage Testing, and Sign the Final
System Acceptance
