OKWIN site 1-12 moving to Blackwell?

Application to modify the license for OKWIN Stillwater site 1-12. The fixed location was changed to Blackwell.

Maybe they are moving it beacue the new simulcast site will be part of OKWIN.

I wonder if the guthrie and blackwell transmitters will be strong enough to cover all of I-35 to KS. I travel often along I-35 and the guthrie site does very well pretty far N of guthrie on 35 but I cant remember where it drops out at.
