Piedmont recently made the switch to the MPS system, and El Reno is now on OKWIN. Will be interesting to see if Kingfisher County switches from DMR/NXDN to OKWIN or MPS soon as well.

Doubt it. Without expansion of sites for either system kingfisher is on their own.
