How do you put scanner in Put scanner in MSM mode

With the new (or newly formatted) card in the scanner, and the scanner not connected to your PC, turn on the scanner. When you see the message about an SD card error on the scanner screen, connect the programming cable from the scanner to the computer. The scanner will go right into the mass storage mode, (or it may ask you to select "E" to go into mass storage). The scanner screen should then say "USB Mass Storage".

Then start the clear user data function in Sentinel.

Should Format setting be FAT32 or NTFS ??
