New to Ocean County

Good evening All,

Moved to ocean county not too long ago from FL, and looking to getting back into scanning and ham radio. I am wondering if anyone happens to have a good setup for the Toms River area. I see FD/EMS Is dispatched analog on the 508.1875 but just curious what their pagers are using also. I currently use KGUV Commander for my ham radio on the 2M/440 so able to get the 140-500Mhz systems. Also recently saw the bird land next to CMC hospital and trying to figure out if they are using the Hackensack meridan freq or another freq.

Every department’s pagers are programmed for 508.1875,463.1875 will be replacing it in the near future. All medevacs that come into Ocean County can be heard on 700/800 MHz. A rooftop helipad was recently constructed at CMC and is not operational yet.
