hi im new to the scanner seen and i was wondering if any body help with a setup that i can put in free scan and load to my scan with the nsw fire resuce and the north opp ambo cheers

Depends where you are located as FRNSW and NSWAS use both GRN and PMR in NSW. if you let us know where specifically then that will be a great help

the other question is what sort of scanner do you have?
all government users in the Sydney basin, Wollongong and Newcastle (and a few areas outside that) have gone to P25 digital Trunking.

Since you are a premium subscriber, you can import systems directly into Freescan.

In Freescan; goto File > Import > RR Conventional/Trunked > Sign in (using your RR username and password), then use the drop down menus to select your country, state, and system.

Once you have imported the systems you want, you must assign them system and group quick keys (if you don't then your scanner will not scan them).
