Jason do I need to put you on speed dial for any new tricks? You know like the personal boot screen that was day viewed on the SDS100.
I never tried the boot screen. Still testing the charge time ATM. Send me some boot screens from the 100 and I'll try them after the 150 charges.

Upload boot screen screens here:

What place do you all recommending getting it from? I know i have heard bad things about ZipScanners. And i can do the programming myself. Just would be getting the scanner with no upgrades added.

For anyone with a GovX ID, I would recommend buying directly from Uniden.com as you will get a 10% discount which will bring your SDS150 price down to $855.00. I tested this out today with my GovX ID at Uniden.com and my shopping cart price was reduced from $949.99 to $855.00 (plus applicable sales tax). FedEx shipping is FREE at Uniden.com on orders of $99+.

Before i buy it, I know it has been mentioned on here a lot i think but will i need to connect my airpods to the app on iphone or do i need a bluetooth dongle or can i just connect direct with the scanner since it has bluetooth built in? I apologize for this long question.

What I enjoy about ordering from scanner master is that they give a discount based upon how large your cart is. I’m waiting for them to have both a nylon case and SDS150 in stock before I order mine.

When did you test it? It was stated earlier today it worked but now it does not.

Correct that is what i was saying. That's why i was hesitant on where to get it from.
I entered my GovX ID at Uniden.com some time between 11 AM and 12 noon EST today (11-19-2025) and I could have purchased the SDS150 for $855.00 (plus applicable sales tax) at that time. Perhaps Uniden.com pulled the discount later in the day???

So to summarize - the SDS100 is selling for $699, and the SDS150 is fetching $949 (Scannermaster prices). Is there a simple table somewhere that compares features? These are what I thought the SDS150 improvements are :

1. built-in GPS,
2. waterfall display option built-in,
3. battery charging cradle with room for 2nd battery,
4. built-in Bluetooth,
5. improved battery life (?),
6. possibly a different (improved) sdr front end

Anything else? Or any corrections/clarifications?
