ARC96: New user pro-2096

arc96 gives me a error message when i try to import freq.: trunk system type not supported by this scanner model, I have the pro-2096 Trunking system so im confused??

It would be most helpful to know what system (from our database, which you can access by using the pulldown under the site title in the upper left tool bar) you were trying to import. There are indeed types of trunking that no scanner can trunktrack...Mike

That radio cannot do LTR, Phase II nor NXDN systems

Thanks for that, im still learning, I have Been putting my freq. in manually for so long, I just now started using the ARC96 seems ok, but mostly I could have done most of myself, thanks again...
