Looks like Webb County is going to add a 800mhz system and connect it to their current VHF system.

If it’s going on an existing VHF tower within the city that’s already on the system, I could see it. Looks like they just need better in building coverage within Laredo proper.

It's crazy how they were a mix of FM and trunked P25 for so long and and in the clear up until around 2 years ago. Their FM side sounded horrible too.
