Newport Naval Base ELMR system ID's(?)

I have been listening and tracking talkgroups for a while for this system. But it's hard to tell what is what. For example the tags for the talkgroups are very cryptic. I have programmed TG 25525 and it is simply ID'd as "NWCC Prev. 982" does anyone have better ID names for some of these TG's? This particular one sounds like its fire dept related but I dont know what NWCC is. Could it be Naval War College? And dont know what Prev. 982 means.

That is the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane in Martin, IN I believe
There are several talkgroups that I hear on the Groton Sub Base Simulcast also from different parts of the country. I don't know why they affiliate on our zones. Go to this RR link and do a Cntrl/S page search for NWCC and you will find the talkgroup abbreviations for those.
