Is Newtown public works still on its conventional vhf frequency or are they on the new towns P25 system

I found them this morning, now they are now P25 on 152.27750 NAC 365. I submitted it

Anyone get this working on SDRTrunk? I'm struggling to find the right combination of settings (I pulled the settings from the RR database). It came as Phase 1 Mod: C4FM. I don't see anywhere to put in a NAC unless I switch the config to Phase 2.

Any thoughts?
