NHASH channels

Trying to find some information on what channels are used by NHASH, which from what I have gathered is "New Haven Area Special Hazards"
Apparently they have 4 channels, I am trying to determine what they are.
Are they just the med tac channels 11-14?

I know when I recently did some programming on my SDS 200/100 under the city of New Haven along with the police and fire channels there was a special hazards channel, or a channel that mentioned the word “hazards“. That may be the channel that they are using.
