If you are hearing DMR (assuming CC-1 is Color Code 1) then the answer is no, since the rest of those are P25 as they have a NAC. Not to say it can't be used for something else on the base.

OK I will keep an eye on the frequencies and see if I can figure it out, it's hard when they are encrypted but I may hear something in the clear sooner or latter.
