NJ Attorney General Talkgroups

On the NJICS almost all the NJ Attorney General Talkgroups are DE (ENCRYPTED), but on NJSP omnilink system its just D (UNENCRYPTED). does anyone know a reason for why they'd only encrpt on only one radio system?
has anyone ever heard radio comm on any of the NJ Attorney General Talkgroups?

The NJICS is the newer system. I'm not sure if there are future plans to phase out the old Omnilink system or keep only certain agencies there but I'm pretty certain the old Attorney General talkgroups on it are no longer active

According to my Unitrunker logs, I don't show any AG or DCJ activity on the NJSP 800 system since 2019.

Yes, although they seem to use it as a secondary channel now. Most comm's are on C3-1.
