Indeed it does. The site is broadcasting no IDEN_UP messages, how peculiar. Should be seeing the following messages:

Even though I'm closer to Bordentown, I get better reception pulling from the Berlin tower.

Sometime last week it looks like Pluckemin stopped broadcasting its band plan. Trying to get the control channel logs from Unitrunker, but I wiped the band plan and it did not repopulate.

Edit: Control Channel Logs - NJICS Pluckemin - Pastebin.com

I see the same thing you do for 60. This is what happened about two months ago to 28 Martinsville.

Both 60 and 28 are not broadcasting a bandplan and both omit the same CC frequency for Washington. It is blank.

Of course my G5 will no longer work on 60 either. If 28 is an indication, it appears to not be of interest for repair.

Not surprised. The radios I have had access to look at seem to prefer New Brunswick over Martinsville despite the proximity. Better strength from Martinsville, but I guess those simulcasts deliver better even at a far.

Miller Lane is an oddity. Set back in the notch, mountain ridges to the left, right and behind. I see multi path on my SA. Pillar of Fire often ignored has location location location.

I took a look at Martinsville signal. It is dying a slow death, unless power was intentionally reduced. Down almost -20db. Bounces down to noise floor at times.
Bordentown, Rutgers and more are much stronger. 28 only couple miles LOS.

Yeah, might as well be called the Rutgers Simulcast because the equipment is literally on Rutgers' buildings. The Clothier Hall subsite is interesting. But hey, it gets the job done- and that's all that matters.
Bordentown is definitely a strong site considering how I can manage to get that on my SDR in Somerset County. It's a maximum gain, but still intelligible to get DSD+ data.

Rutgers is special because of very strong ties to /\/\ executive. Don’t have to search much.

I believe Rutgers UHF stuff was all dense three site simulcast. Cheaper than doing DAS systems in every facility.

That's true. Do they even use the old UHF infrastructure anymore, or is it in service and underutilized? All the public safety I see have APX 6000s, and I don't believe at least the patrol cars for RUPD have UHF radios in them. Even the CSOs are on NJICS with APX 4000s.

Are you saying certain entities get special treatment from a vendor on state contract, I don't believe that could ever happen in NJ with our rock solid ethics laws.

I finally got the trunk-recorder changes baked in for custom bandplans in release 5.01 Next need to do the same for unication and SDRtrunk
