Using radioreference to import conventional frequencies and the number of frequencies are listed however no frequencies. I have a purchased the premium service from radioreference. I am using the ARC500PRO software. Any ideas?

It shows the number of frequencies, but there is no + to expand and view them in the ops screen shot. Mine shows what it ought to look like..

Yes I see that. I wonder why that is?
Maybe something is corrupted in the OPs program files for ARC500.

I have the same "build", 83, as in the OPs screenshot, but I do have the drop-down 'plus' sign to see the actual frequencies.

I presume that you have purchased a license for the software, and are not still usiing a trial option which has expired.

You might try to download the software again from Butel & 'reinstall' it. Maybe that will get it back on track. (Reinstalling will not force you to purchase it again.)
