No sound

I need help with a trx1 I am getting no sound out of the speaker drive putting in auxiliary cord to speaker no sound either way I am getting no sound out of the speaker drive putting in auxiliary cord to speaker no sound either way Also key beeps are on I'm not hearing those Either

Welcome to the RR forums, please clarify: No sound from internal speaker without aux cable connected & also no sound from headphones or external speaker with cable connected to headphone port? So in other words, no sound at all regardless if an external speaker is connected?
I'm assuming your volume is adjusted to an adequate level? Try plugging and unplugging aux cable a few times, do you hear popping from the internal speaker?

Does the scanner appear to be operating normally (scanning and stopping on frequencies and talkgroups)? What do you see on the display? What is your city, county, and state and which agencies are you trying to monitor?

Yes everything is working normally key beeps do not make any noise. And I said it to the Noah. Weather station and no noise with the speakers are also used a ox cord and plugged up a external speaker still no sound. And when I plugged up the oxford it does say phand also when I import the recorded audio it will play it on my computer but not on
radio

Yes that is all the noise. It will make is a small popping sound when you plug it in-and-out of the Oxford when the radio is up to the speaker. No sound the only way I can get regular audio is if I take the files that I have recorded on my TRX1. And export them to my computer and play them on there and also when I hook my TRX1 up to my computer it does not show up that. It is connected do not know why. The only way I can update it or export. The files is to take the s d card out of the radio and physically put it in my computer

Please attach the CDAT archive file of your configuration so that we can take a look at it to check for possible problems. Click on Attach files and open the file. Did you try a different programming cable?

No only have 1 program cable and how do I get the file and attach it
