NHRF&R seems to be testing either a new channel or a new system. This morning during the AM radio checks "Fire Control" dispatcher said "All units be advised, we will be conducting radio checks on CHANNEL 5. They only have 2 channels. F1 is the repeater channel and F2 is dispatch. Anyone have any info??

North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue

You might want to try the following frequencies;
All four frequencies are licensed under North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue for Base / Mobile operations KNBY464

166.2500 is licensed for repeater operations and
Shared with Bayonne
170.1500 Shared with a number of Hudson County towns i.e Seacacus etc.
154.2800 Common Mutual Aid Freq State Wide
154.2950

Good chance CHANNEL 5 may just be one of these:roll:
