I could be wrong, but I think that QV is still on a multimode VHF/UHF system that is just patched onto the state system, I have been wrong in the past but I think thats what still goes on, I mean VHF lowband as well

North Stonington is still on the VHF high band and also 33.92 low band. They are linked / patched to the state trunked system. They are not currently operating on QV's UHF system. I work with H-1 / Car 51, already asked him.

And there could be future updates.......

Should see if they can fix the audio. The volume is super low and then turn it up and another TG comes though and my G4 nearly flys off the table lol

on one of my other posts i did mention this also, alot of the audio settings on the older analog communication modes don't always match up with the new p25 II modes, listen the state police hotline, when they do the roll call at around 4am the only consistency in audio quality is the inconsistency of the quality, you can very easily tell who is patched in and who is actually on the system
