VSP unit reporting a 10-33 in Alexandria. Says a perp crashed a stolen vehicle into his cruiser.

26 S. Washington St is the location of incident. Perp possibly has gun- trooper says a perp was clutching his waist as he ran away.
Still has the driver at the scene. Some citizens ran after the perp and were able to detain him, now in custody of Alexandria PD.

Car was stolen in MD and was the suspect vehicle in some robberies in Alexandria earlier.

And now another perp on the run has reportedly attempted a carjacking.

Flagging for @freqhopping the LCSO/LPD pursuit around 1800 after a pedestrian was struck in the parking lot of Heritage HS. VSP assisted too. Fairfax's helicopter was down due to weather.

VSP was just attempting to pull over a car with a Maryland tag on westbound I-66. I was continuing on at 75mph. I watched them pass the camera at MM26.6 Shortly after that the trooper reported that it crashed where 66 meets Rt723. Black male and female occupants were initially passed out, vehicle is smoking.

I was out of the area. Just finished listening to it on Openmhz. Sounded like radios were breaking up at times along Rt7. I been able to receive Loudoun sporadically in the Cabin John area of MD.

VSP is in pursuit in Warrenton. On the Culpeper 1 channel.
Car with MD tag.
2052- East/northbound Rt29 heading out of Warrenton.
2053- And seemingly gave up and stopped around Rt605.

VSP was just chasing a Charger with a paper tag on Franconia Rd. First eastbound from 95 then U-turned back toward 95. The car crashed while getting onto northbound 95. VSP saying the car is totaled, basically missing the front end.

LCSO had a pursuit this morning around 1000 of a suicidal subject. SB on 28 until they lost him near 606.

VSP chasing a bunch different cars along I95 between Potomac Mills and Springfield.
Currently two different Challengers being chased, one on ch 1 the other on ch2. 495 to Rt50 chase just terminated, car exited to 50, VSP couldn't get over to exit.

Other car just gave up on 495 at 55.8mm.

About 10 minutes prior VSP was in pursuit, they were chasing a black Charger or Challenger going 145 that got off at Lorton and got away. Busy night!

VSP pursuing a white Camaro outer loop 495 in Alexandria. Pursuit terminated, though the a tire on the Camaro has blown out on the bridge. VSP is still right behind it on the shoulder. Provided tag comes back to a BMW.

Trying to get MSP or PGPD to make a stop.

Just got home from a quick to trip to NJ/DE to hear an ongoing incident on Battlefield Pkwy just north on Rt7 in Leesburg.
Initial call was a simple property damage crash, hitting a traffic light pole on the southbound side on Battlefield on the far side of the intersection into the shopping center.

Then it became driver trapped and car on fire, driver unconscious, oh and it's an electric car, a Tesla. This all started around 5:25pm.

As I got back in to Loudoun they were talking about medevac to a burn center but then decided to transport to Landowne by ground. Right now the road is still closed off for an undetermined time.

LCSO and VSP dispatched to Lucketts this morning (around 0800) for a woman threatening suicide wth a gun fighting with her husband.

VSP pursuit of a truck in the Ashburn area. Reason for initial stop was 102mph.

0006- Southbound Rt28 from 606. 70mph in left lane and now pulling over.
