I've noticed an increase in Fed conventional traffic in Loudoun but mostly encrypted. Might be something worth checking out the local unidentified DoD 380MHz systems too.

Loudoun is on the scene of a working house fire in Leesburg at 118 Belmont Dr. Just now requesting a 2nd alarm.

Loudoun is working a fuel-fed structure fire in the Lovettsville area. Ops on 6H Tac21 , Water supply on 6I Tac22.
There was a house fire call on Mountain Rd that turned out to be nothing that was dispatched shortly before this one.

15:30:No one is allowed on side Charlie on the ground...debris coming off the roof
15:40:Command stated all firefighters on the roof still they HAVE TO HAVE FULL PPE ON
15:55: 40 Minutes into the incident...Salvage Ops in progress...library flooded...rehab and rotation will be in progress for awhile
16:10-Stations from Prince William F/R transferring to staff Stafford F/R stations
16:25-Roof units still in overhaul
16:28-Command releasing some units from the scene to be available for calls in the county

Loudoun Co. - Large Mulch Fire
Started about 1430 at Loudoun Composting, 44150 Wade Drive, Chantilly, VA. Many tankers on scene. Firefighters on scene stated that the employees that were supposed to be assisting with fire suppression are just getting in the way. Fairfax 1 doing flyover. Traffic on 6D.

I'm glad they let them keep the command. I've seen/heard Loudoun rename commands before. I was briefly on the scene of "Macaroni command" for a fire in the Macaroni Grill, and on scene of "Chevy Command" for smoke in the building of the Chevy dealership in Sterling. Macaroni Command was changed to Dulles Town Circle command by a chief assuming command, and Chevy Command was killed right away by Loudoun when they announced the establishment of Harry Byrd Highway Command in response to Engine 611 establishing Chevy Command.

Some crazy stuff going down in pwc.
On the pwc trs,
Fire Inc 1- Sinking boat near marker 45 and 46 in potomac river. Started around 1625. Also checking for Jetski that has not moved. jetski disabled being towed in at 1707.
1715- Charles county has found the boat in question at stump neck. Everyone accounted for. PWC units going in service.
Fire Inc 3- LZ for medstar-2, for male hit by lightning on the river near hamptons landing.
1709- Medstar-2 not comfortable with landing at leesylvania elementary. medic 512 transporting to potomac hospital for LZ for transport to Fairfax. patient will not be going in potomac hospital , just using lz site.
Also on the pd side there was a tree down closing all of route 1 near cardinal dr.
1718- Route 1 completely reopened now.

Loudoun is a working a house fire somewhere. Started by lightning I think. They are pulling out now. Two firefighters have fallen through the floor but they're OK. They're also having to deal with live ammo. Ops on 6D and 6E.
