He's looking for Colour Codes which TAFL won't show. The only way to find them is with an appropriate scanner, or a dongle and software like DSD+.

I'm sure someone in the area will update them sooner than later.

Trent Hills Fire and Public Works are now DMR with Colour Code 6, frequency 168.855 using slots 1 and 2. A large portion, if not all of Northumberland County is paged on analog 163.9500 with a CTCSS code of 186.2.

Hi Rick, thanks for the info. I do have the page out 163.9500 already. I'm just trying to track down the rest of the frequencies and Colour Codes for Port Hope Fire, Cobourg Fire, Alnwick/Haldimand Fire Cramahe Fire and Brighton Fire I had everything before until they did an update.

Pulled this using www.jonathanmorgan.net:

If you use tafl.mckie.ca, check out the Licensee Station Reference and Reference Identifier Fields which should allow you to build a pretty good picture of the system. Looks like they might have went with individual repeaters for each area and then a simulcast pair on each tower for wide area communications?

Peterborough City Fire Department dispatches the Fire Departments in Northumberland County as well as Peterborough County, and of course their own Peterborough City stations. The dispatch center is in the Sherbrooke St Fire Station, with the back up dispatch at Peterborough Police.

They have a VHF base station at the Ptbo High St. Water Tower which is controlled from Sherbrooke St Dispatch over an IP/microwave link.
Paging transmits from Peterborough on 167.640 and I think you'll find that there is a common CTCSS/PL tone that activates all 7 Northumberland county paging repeaters simultaneously which retransmit/repeat on 163.950 in simulcast like operation to activate pagers.

Peterborough Fire has additional wireline controlled base stations at their North Fire Station, at Peterborough Hospital, and at the Milroy Drive Water Tank for communicating with other Peterborough County Fire departments. Selwyn, Trent Lakes, Cavan-Monghan, Asphodel-Norwood etc.
They have to put the control stations at different physical locations because the number of radios on VHF overload/desense each other, and they need to be wireline controlled because the Sherbrooke St Fire Station and Dispatch is in the low downtown bowl of Peterborough close to the river. I think they also use the wireline controlled stations to monitor radio traffic on fireground VHF simplex frequencies.

I'm here a lot
Check through this list.

I see a bunch of digital licenses. You may get a hit on one of them.

I'd try the system here: Northumberland County Trunking System, Northumberland County, Ontario since Brighton is in Northumberland County.

I'd also take this frequency:

1740678625979.png

and enter it manually as a digital channel with ID search on. I suspect it's part of the new system but hasn't been identified yet. It's in the list of frequencies I posted as a possible new frequency for the system and Brighton Fire Station 1 is licensed on it.
