ARCXT: Not logging PL Tone

I'm using Butel ARC XT Pro software with a BCT15X scanner. It's logging the frequency but not the PL. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Marvin N5RKW

Use Proscan.

Are you sure there is a PL tone to log? While most everything will have a PL tone, or something along those lines (DPL, NAC, etc.) it's possible there is a rare bird out there.

Yes these have CTCSS

Be sure that the Channel is programmed for PL/DPL Search (or if you are using Limit Search that that option is selected).
