Nothing to Scan - Quick Keys - Service Types Sentinel SDS

Hello All,
I decided to expand my SDS models to add DMR and NXDN and bought the upgrades.

So in Sentinel.
I added a Favorites List:
DMR (assigned Quick Key 2)
under that Department (are my calling this correct?):
Hard Rock Casino (assigned Quick Key 0)
under that Departments:
Casino (Quick Key 0)
Cherokee Hills Golf Club (Quick Key 1)
Hotel (Quick Key 2)
Site Tulsa (Quick Key 73) - the Frequencies are on this.

For longest time it would say nothing to scan.
Yes I had download and monitor turned on next to the Favorites List DMR..

So made 2 adjustments - Startup Configurations - chose Config Key 0 / Config Key 1 / Config Key 2 / Config Key 3
(Did that fix it?? Think they were already showing ON for those quickeys)

Also Service Types on Profile did not have BUSINESS checked - so I checked it(maybe this fixed it).
How important is this on scanning Favorites - I thought this was just your default for Database Scan.

Thanks - just trying to learn the Quick Key system better.

Your Favorite List is DMR, what is the System name?

Favorite List (DMR QK-2)
System (?) (Choose system type here) You'll see a tab for Site this is where the frequencies are added and a Quick Key number isn't necessary in this programming scenario (QK 73)
Department (0-4) (Can't make a Site a Department unless I'm not understanding what you typed here)

To turn on or off the Casino it would be 2.(System QK?) .0 Enter.
To confirm the site is ON: 2.(System QK?) .73 Enter
