NWCD Fire 1 and 3 Silence

Today and yesterday i noticed NWCD Fire 1 and 3 went silent for many hours. Fire 1 went dead at 9am, fire 3 went dead at 5pm and both came back at 12am the next day. Does anyone know why? I assume they were testing the new encrypted talk groups

I saw this on the CARMA Group...

It appears that NWCD Fire dispatch side has officially switched over to the new encrypted talk groups.

TG2798 Possibly the old FD2 full ENC
TG2799 Possibly the old FD3 full ENC

alright and will you be adding those to the DB? The way you have it laid out seems to be wrong. I have a 2797 that had the same user IDs as 2751 did. So I think it's actually
Fire 1 2797 Full ENC
Fire 3 2799 Full ENC
And Fire 2 seems to be sticking for now, not encrypted with the same TG
