Saw some plainclothes officers today in Brooklyn gearing up on Broadway in the 81pct using Vertex VX-P824 in digital mode. Heard them refer to another unit by name so I'm assuming it was on a tac channel. I guess they reprogrammed the digital 824 radios for the time being.

Last night, I was listening to the NYPD 73/75 and this morning after about 30 minutes of scanning, I hear nothing. That’s unheard of for that area because there is always something going on. Does anyone know if they went the encrypted route?

They made the switch on Monday, along with the 77/79. Very unfortunate indeed.

84/88 and 90/94 are back on their respective zones, P25 Enc. I submitted the changes and those from @Tank67, but if someone can grab the NAC for the 90/94 it is still needed.

Picking up activity on PBSI 1. SDS200 isn’t nabbing any UIDs but it’s showing a link and encrypted traffic.

Just in case others haven’t seen it, I already submitted it. The NAC is 59D.

I'm picking up a NAC of 7A8 on PBSI1 484.0875 (encrypted) rather than NAC 495 which is already in the database. Not sure if I am hearing somewhere else that is not in the database or if the NAC did indeed change.

Also it seems that both the 120/121 and the 122/123 are still operating on their analog frequencies. I am still picking up activity on both PBSI1 and PBSI2 though.
