The channel known as PBSI (Patrol Bureau Staten Island) at 482.4125 Mhz was always used as a Tac type frequency with local surveillance traffic, After hurricane Sandy the 120 preceinct took over this channel and
is still there now. Does anyone know what frequency the units working PBSI are now.

For the time being, there is no more borowide tac channel. The 120 and soon to be opened 121 will occupy the old PBSI channel until they finalize a permanent solution. Until then, cell phones or Tac E is your best bet
