There's several more NOTAMs for Flight Check activity elsewhere around the state today as well, but here's one specifically mentioning CMH/Central Ohio.

FAA Flight Check, they were up in the northeast a few days ago doing their laps around the airports and as it said either side in front of runways, testing the equipment accuracy. I think this notam says the callsign will be FLC79. These can be identified if you go to adsbexchange or similar and search by callsign FLC and will be registered to the FAA. If this one follows the pattern the registration could be N79 but not sure if always
