OKC Scanner Meeting - January 2007

Well, it's been a while since we've had a meeting. I would think it's about time to do that again. I'm out of town next Tuesday, but I should be available for the Tuesday after that (the 16th). Anyone up for that? If I'm thinking correctly, it's the West SIDE turn for hosting the meeting. I'll make a suggestion of a restaurant in the area of I-40 and Meridian (Earl's, Emmerson Biggun's, Rib Crib, etc....) or maybe something different - like Jim's Dinner at 39th & Council...

Anyone up for this?

We could also do Chinese, since that seems to be so popular... There is a buffet near 39th & Portland that isn't too bad.

I'm up for 39th/Portland. It has a large group area that we could secure. There is a lot of good open seating there too...even some closer to the front for the "reception" minded folk.

Hmmm, the wife just chimed in and said that Chinese food place sucks. She used to work at 36th and Meridian and they had tried it a few times.

Never fear though, she will take any chance to get out of the house and leave the kids behind. I think she will give it another try.
