I noticed that Old Lyme PD has decided to scramble their car to car DMR freq of 453.95 which they share with the town highway crew.

I saw that reported back in the summer of last year so it seems to have been for a while now

Yes, Troop F dispatches OL PD but the constables have been using the town DMR radios for car to car on occasion.

Since DMR scanners have come out every new DMR system our company installs has the advanced encryption turned on also. Just makes sense
