All Essex County will be going encrypted any day now. Kingsville refuses to join the UHF system and pay rental fees since they own their VHF system (much like Leamington owns their VHF system but are leaving that to pay a monthly rental fee to join the UHF system) so Kingsville will be staying VHF analog+DMR, but will be upgrading to full DMR with encryption at some point.Been away for awhile, so if I read correctly that all Essex County fire, including Kingsville and Leamington will soon be encripted and gone also?
